How it works

1. A WaiterBell button is placed on a table which corresponds to the table number.

2. When the button is pressed, a signal is sent to the WaiterBell receiver at the server station.

3. The receiver displays the table number requesting service.

Similar to the flight attendant button on airplanes, WaiterBell is a system for customers to discreetly signal a server for assistance.

Service Please! -  In both the Restaurant and Hotel surveys, participants overwhelmingly cite poor service as their greatest irritant. Whereas 72% of diners complain about service, only 5% gripe about bad food or prices.
